Travelers Insurance Commercial (The One With The Cute Dog)

Most insurance commercials are fast-forward worthy but there’s a Travelers Insurance commercial, seen frequently during TNT’s broadcast of the the British Open, that’s absolutely a treat to watch. It’s made even better by the fact that only the last four seconds of the one minute advert is devoted to pushing insurance.

The spot involves a huggable dog and his attempts to keep his bone safe. The commercial, mainly the puppers, pegs the cute meter; the precious factor is way off the charts; it’s darling beyond belief.

If the dream sequence doesn’t make you smile, you don’t have a heart.

Amazingly, the pooch in the advert acts better than most of his homo sapiens counterparts.

The ad features Ray La Montagne’s stirring song “Trouble” from his 2004 album of the same name.

Trouble trouble trouble trouble …
Trouble been doggin’ my soul since the day I was born
Worry worry worry worry worry …
Worry just will not seem to leave my mind alone
Worry, oh worry worry worry worry …
Sometimes I swear it feels like this worry is my only friend
